J.U.M.P.© is designed for children beginning at approximately age 8, as well as teens and adults. J.U.M.P.© requires parent or legal guardian authorization for users under age 18. For a child under 13, J.U.M.P.© will seek verifiable parental consent before knowingly collecting personal information online, except where an applicable legal exception permits otherwise. 5. How Assessment Results May Be Shared

Assessment Results and Practitioner or Supporting-Adult Delivery

When a user, purchaser, parent, guardian, or other authorized person provides the email address of a practitioner, Supporting Adult, or other designated recipient, the J.U.M.P.© report may be sent electronically to that recipient.

The person providing the recipient’s information is responsible for ensuring that they are authorized to do so.

J.U.M.P.© retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain required records, resolve disputes, protect the integrity of the assessment system, and meet legal obligations.
